SearchFilters

The search filters have the following effects:

• Street Address will search for all properties whose street address contains the entered text (e.g. "5 Pine"" would return 5 Pine St., 25 Pine Ave., etc.).
• Tax Map # / SBL allows for a search with a Tax Map Number or Section Block Lot (SBL) number, which are government provided identification numbers for a property. These numbers can be found on a tax bill.
• Owner Name (Last, First) will search for all properties where the owner or a prior owner name matches contents of the search field.
• Street Finder provides a dropdown list of all public roads in Essex County. Selecting a road in the dropdown will return all addresses on that street. This can be used in conjunction with the Street Address field (i.e. entering "55" into Street Address and selecting "Main St." from the Street Finder will return 55 Main St.)
